强夯施工的工艺如何控制

强夯施工中,为了防止吊车倾覆,强夯锤质量可取10~15t较为合适,其底面形式宜采用圆形。强夯施工机械宜采用带有自动脱钩装置的履带式起重机或其他专用设备。采用履带式起重机时,可在臂杆端部设置辅助门架,或采取其他安全措施,防止落锤时机架倾覆。当场地表土软弱或地下水位较高,夯坑底积水影响施工时,宜采用人工降低地下水位或铺填一定厚度的松散性材料,使地下水位低于坑底面以下2m。坑内或场地积水应及时排除。指派专人负责对夯点沉降量的观测,及时统计分析数据,发现与试夯区观测数据偏离较大的,应及时分析,调整夯击方案。

When the surface soil is weak or the groundwater level is high, and the seepage at the bottom of the rammed pit affects the construction, it is advisable to use loose materials to reduce the groundwater level artificially or fill a certain thickness, so that the groundwater level is lower than 2 m below the bottom of the pit. Water accumulation in pits or sites should be removed in time. Specialized personnel are assigned to observe the settlement of the tamping point, analyze the data in time, and find that there is a big deviation from the observation data in the test tamping area. The tamping plan should be analyzed and adjusted in time.
