(1) 担任强夯施工作业的主机，应按照强夯等级的需求经过核算选用。用履带式起重机作主机的，应实行履带式起重机的有关规定。
(1) As the main part of dynamic compaction construction, it should be selected according to the requirements of dynamic compaction grade. Where a crawler crane is used as the main engine, the relevant provisions of the crawler crane shall be implemented.
(2) 夯机的作业场所应平整，门架底座与夯机着地部位应坚持水平，当下沉逾越100mm时，应从头垫高。
(2) The working place of the rammer should be level, the base of the portal frame and the landing position of the rammer should be level, and when the sinking exceeds 100 mm, the head cushion should be raised.
(3) 强夯施工械的门架、横梁、脱钩器等首要布局和部件的材料及制作质量，应经过严峻检查，对不符合规划需求的，不得运用。
(3) The main layout of the portal frame, crossbeam and decoupler of the dynamic compaction construction equipment, as well as the material and manufacturing quality of the components, shall be strictly inspected, and shall not be used if they do not meet the planning requirements.
(4) 夯机在作业状况时，起重臂仰角应置于70°。
(4) The elevation angle of the lifting arm should be set at 70 degrees when the rammer is in working condition.
(5) 梯形门架支腿不得前后错位，门架支腿在未支稳垫实前，不得提锤。
(5) The supporting legs of trapezoidal portal frame shall not be dislocated in front and back, and the supporting legs of portal frame shall not lift hammer before they are not supported steadily and cushioned.
(6) 改换夯位后，应从头检查门架支腿，供认安靖可靠，然后再将锤进步100～300mm，检查整机的稳定性，供认可靠后，方可作业。
(6) After replacing the ramming position, the supporting legs of the portal frame should be checked from the beginning to admit that they are quiet and reliable, and then the hammer should be improved by 100-300 mm to check the stability of the whole machine for approval before it can be operated.
(7) 夯锤下落后，在吊钩没有降至夯锤吊环附近前，操作人员不得提早下坑挂钩。从坑中提锤时，制止挂钩人员站在锤上随锤进步。
(7) When the rammer falls behind, the operator shall not go down to the pit early before the hook is dropped near the rammer ring. When the hammer is lifted from the pit, the hooker should be prevented from standing on the hammer to follow the hammer.
(8) 当夯锤留有相应的通气孔在作业中出现堵塞表象时，应随时收拾。但制止在锤下进行收拾。
(8) When the tamping hammer retains the corresponding ventilation holes and appears blockage in operation, it should be cleaned up at any time. But stop cleaning under the hammer.
(9) 当夯坑内有积水或因粘土发作的锤底吸附力增大时，应采用方法打扫，不得强行提锤。
(9) When there is water in the ramming pit or when the adsorptive force of hammer bottom due to clay attack increases, the method should be adopted to clean the pit, and the hammer should not be forced to lift.
(10) 转移夯点时，夯锤应由辅机帮忙转移，门架随夯机移动前，支腿离地上高度不得逾越500mm。
(10) When transferring the tamping point, the tamping hammer shall be transferred with the help of an auxiliary machine. Before the gantry frame moves with the tamping machine, the height of the outriggers from the ground shall not exceed 500 mm.
(11) 强夯施工作业后，应将夯锤降低，放实在地上上。在非作业时制止将锤悬挂在空中。
(11) After dynamic compaction construction, the hammer should be lowered and put on the ground. Do not suspend the hammer in the air during non-operation.
